Shipping charges and times for Williwaw Publishing orders

If you are using our online store, shipping charges will be automaticaly calculated and displayed based on USPS rates (we do not add a handling fee, however the minimum shipping charge for any order is $2.00).

Most orders are shipped within two business days of receipt.
We ship via the US Postal service from Haines, AK 99827
Service times shown are time en route and are typical, rather than guaranteed.
If our costs are significantly lower than what the chart indicates, we will automatically reduce your charge to keep it in line with our actual postage costs (credit card orders).

*Service time on Parcel Post can vary widely. It usually takes 2-4 weeks to destinations outside of Alaska, but 6 weeks is not unheard of. Within Alaska is typically 1-3 weeks. Origination is Haines, in Southeast Alaska, so no longer is the railbelt a quick shipment area. Priority Mail is strongly recommended in November and December when the mail system is backed up due to holiday mail loads.
